JBrown2 Jennifer Brown creatively utilizes her gifts and experiences to enhance the lives of young ladies within and beyond the church walls. It is my fevering belief that our young ladies are on the cutting edge of an extraordinary transformation in which we hold in our hands to be nurtured and planted into good soil, and attend to that good soil with the water and nutrients of the word of God. I believe not only in investing into our young ladies, but also in taking the time to empower other young ladies to reach out beyond the comforts of their social circles and embrace other young ladies with love and compassion. After encountering a life changing circumstance in 2010, Jennifer found herself, educated, homeless, and broken. Through this amazing journey, she has come to the conclusion that no matter how low you may fall, you can recover.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Masters in Social Work from Howard University. Jennifer enjoys writing and helping individuals in the church as well as the surrounding community. She is currently a mental health social worker and trained trauma expert who provides individual and family therapy to individuals who are trauma survivors. Jennifer Brown also facilitates female trauma groups such as G-TREM and Trauma Recovery and Empowerment groups for women in the District Of Columbia providing crisis intervention and mental health therapy for women. An aspiring author and businesswoman, Jennifer is launching out into the deep to fulfill her God-given assignment. One of Jennifer’s favorite quotes is ” As long as there is breath in your body, there is always HOPE(Healing for Our Painful Experiences).”

MelissaMelissa Lipscomb hails from San Diego, California, and began a beautiful relationship with God that has enhanced every aspect of her life. She graduated from Lincoln Preparatory Academy in 1994. In November 1995 she enlisted in the United States Navy and has spent the last 19 years supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States of America and mentoring the Navy’s future and current leaders.
Melissa has always had a passion for servitude and a knack for creativity. She has always been drawn to fashion, art, and being creative, and through these God-given gifts which she is ever seeking to cultivate, written stories, she has designed clothes, planned weddings and events, designed home, church, and church conference room interiors, been a women and men’s fashion stylist, and has become quite the cook.

After serving 18 years in the Navy, she began to give serious consideration to life after the Navy and was stationed in Manama, Bahrain. One of the things that immediately stood out was the people’s passion for servitude. Bahrain is famous for their 5 star hotels, restaurants, and spas which include 5 star guest services. Their passion sparked an idea which led to the most wonderful second career she could imagine, being an Inn Keeper. Melissa is in planning stages of becoming an inn keeper of her own bed and breakfast. And in line with enhancing future leaders and business owners, she will establish a not-for-profit that will train young ladies to become inn keepers, spa owners, and landscape specialists as they complete four year degrees and eventually own and/or operate their own bed and breakfasts. Her passion for spreading sisterly love, is the inspiration for the book she is writing “She.Hate.Me”.
Melissa currently resides in Ridgecrest California with her 8 year old daughter Ashley.

Tasha Natasha Rubin is the Founder and Facilitator of Passion to Purpose (P2P), a global network for women eager to discover their passions and purpose. As a wife, mom of two young active boys, business owner and entrepreneur, Natasha knows all too well how the hustle and bustle to “just get it done” at times trumps connecting and thriving in areas you were gifted with skills and talents to do.

After fourteen years of providing administrative, project and program management services in institutional environments, she decided six years ago to focus her talents on starting and growing a successful small business that provides social media marketing services as well as day to day remote administrative assistance to a range of entities, including entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profits. Natasha was given the nick names “Gifted Assistant” and the “Connector” from friends and colleagues because she was always assisting others, mainly women, in connecting to people and things that would help them realize their worth and what they had to offer to the world. In 2012, Passion to Purpose (P2P) was created to expand the reach to women around the world. Natasha has been often quoted as saying, “It takes a village to raise a woman.”

Natasha resides in Maryland with her husband and two boys.
